Job Overview

The Area Talent, Culture and Inclusion Manager plays a pivotal role in driving area-scale talent initiatives that align with our global people strategy.

This role develops and implements strategies to attract, develop and retain diverse talent while fostering an inclusive culture where all employees can thrive.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive talent development plans to grow and nurture a diverse talent pool
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify critical talent gaps and devise solutions
  • Establish and maintain robust talent review processes to identify high-potential employees and future leaders
  • Drive talent initiatives that promote and align with the company's ambition and long-term talent goals
  • Contribute to the development of the people strategy and partner with functional/country HRLT to deliver it at applicable levels
  • Shape the Build, Buy, Borrow Talent Framework for the areas
  • Design and implement diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies aligned with strategic objectives
  • Develop and deliver inclusion training programs for employees at all levels
  • Establish and support employee resource groups (ERGs) to foster community and belonging
  • Lead initiatives to create psychological safety and belonging

Requirements

  • HR professional with tertiary qualification
  • 5+ years of proven track record in HR or Talent at mid-career level
  • Experience and knowledge of groundbreaking/current HR practices and thinking
  • Strategic thinking with ability to deliver operational results
  • Experience working in a multi/above-market environment is advantageous
  • Problem solving capability using data to draw inferences and propose workable solutions
  • Agile in leading change and innovation
  • Data fluency to drive decisions
  • Ability to influence and gain buy-in from senior partners
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
