We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at MRI Software. In this role, you will be responsible for creating advocates in the marketplace for our brand, reducing attrition rates of existing customers, and driving whitespace revenue through effective sales strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who are passionate about expanding our footprint in the existing client base, employing a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and face-to-face interaction.
  • Act as a solutions expert, helping customers address their unique business issues and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to share knowledge and develop new business strategies.
  • Drive and manage the sales process, targeting whitespace opportunities and identifying client solutions.
  • Facilitate the sales administration process in Salesforce.
  • Develop account strategies and work with sales leadership and marketing to achieve short and long-term sales goals.
  • Conduct outbound call campaigns to drive individual initiatives.
  • Exceed assigned annual sales and retention quotas.
  • Handle the contracting process and sales administration.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of account management experience in the software industry or similar.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and ability to network within the industry.
  • Demonstrated track record in adding value through client relationships to increase revenue and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
