About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance for a caring, experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

Early Learning North Bondi is a service approved for 24 children and fosters a personalized and caring approach. Our indoor learning space is warm and welcoming, and our large outdoor environment provides a stimulating environment for children to explore and learn at their own pace.

Our team is dedicated to creating an environment for learning, personal growth, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality education and care to children to support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
  • Contribute to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework.
  • Develop positive and respectful relationships that support children, their families, and community.
  • Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Children Services (essential), with previous experience working at a Diploma Level in an early learning service.
  • A work history that demonstrates recording observations, writing learning stories, and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Understand the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
