The Securities Services business unit drives growth and revenue for the organization. In Australia, this includes a full suite of products such as Custody, Fund Services, Execution Services, and Issuer Services.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Coordinate programs to support business goals and objectives.
  • Manage franchise reporting, including management business reviews, quarterly business reviews, and strategy definition decks.
  • Oversight of expense management and chief operating officer testing coordination.
  • Team meeting coordination, agenda, and meeting minutes.
  • Weekly team updates and securities services strategy coordination.
  • Quarterly coordination of power of attorney signatory across legal entities.
  • Quarterly review of anti-money laundering designated services register.
  • Semi-annual legal entity regulatory overview for Australia and New Zealand.
  • Annual review of third-party management and coordination of attestations.
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding, governance oversight committee management.
  • Recruitment coordination.
  • Quarterly account servicing customers statistics.
  • Maintenance of organizational charts and SharePoint teams.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in similar business execution roles or within the securities services domain.
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial approach to solving problems and achieving targets.
  • Experience with financial analytics and planning.
  • Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-oriented, and self-directed.
  • Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Strategic and goal-oriented thinker.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills.
  • Monitoring reviews to completion and detail-oriented ability to prioritize.

Education

  • Bachelor's/university degree or equivalent experience.
