Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Home Support

This role involves providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient and compassionate, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing physical assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Assisting clients with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Helping clients with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Encouraging clients to engage in exercise and physical activity.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR and First Aid certification an asset.
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities an asset.
