This is an exciting opportunity for a Strategy & Operations Lead to help drive our next phase of growth. As a true operator, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our business. Your expertise will be invaluable in optimizing our operations and driving business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be an independent operator with great management skills, able to take control and make things better from day one. They'll be comfortable getting their hands dirty and know when to step in and do the job themselves. A proven track record in fast-paced, high-output businesses is essential, as is a sharp up-and-comer mentality ready for the next challenge.

We're looking for someone who understands the importance of doing something yourself once to manage it properly. Strong communication skills with a natural sales instinct are also crucial. Local office-based work only, no remote work required.

As a Strategy & Operations Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with warehouse teams to improve operations
• Collaborating with delivery teams to optimize processes
• Simplifying and strengthening operational systems
• Establishing new supplier relationships
• Developing strategies to enhance systems, processes, and people
