Position Overview

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients to live fulfilling lives in their own homes. We offer flexible in-home care services tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional care that is personalized, compassionate, and genuine.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
  • Implement care plans developed by our Registered Nurses to ensure the highest quality of service.
  • Safely use equipment and meet the safety needs of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care provided.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
  • Ability to work independently while being a part of a supportive team.
  • Previous experience in caregiving is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation to clients' homes.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Services, Individual Support, or Disability, or relevant experience.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary checks and clearances.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
