About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultations with guests to understand their treatment needs and preferences
  • Perform a range of treatments, including facials, massages, and Vichy treatments
  • Coordinate daily spa operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to guests
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our Spanish product range, Skeyndor, and assist guests in selecting the best treatments and products for their needs
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy with a focus on spa treatments
  • Proven experience in a day spa setting, specializing in facial and body treatments, massage, and general beauty services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a warm and welcoming guest experience
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Ability to actively promote and sell treatments and products, as well as upgrade guest experiences
