We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our Transfer Agency team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the operations teams to ensure efficient management of onshore and offshore activities
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement best practice target operating model
  • Mentor and support Team Leaders and Operations staff to achieve performance excellence
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Finance discipline
  • Experience in offshoring processes and transformation
  • 5+ years' experience in unit registry operations
  • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
