Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated Career Guidance Professional to join our team.

  • Primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive career counselling services to students, helping them make informed decisions about their academic and vocational choices.

  • Will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students as they navigate their educational and career pathways.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of an entry-level qualification for Professional Career Development Practitioners as outlined in the (CICA) Professional Standards for Australian Career Development Practitioners.

  • Knowledge of CEAV Code of Ethics is required.

  • A strong understanding of VCE, VET, VCAL and Secondary pathway options is essential.

  • Proven experience in career counselling or related fields, preferably in an educational setting, is necessary.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

  • A valid Victoria Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is a requirement of employment in this position.
