**Role Overview**

This Support Worker role offers a unique chance to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support and care to participants in their own homes or community settings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with personal care activities such as showering, toileting, and personal hygiene assistance.
  • Provide manual handling and/or use equipment to support mobility, including wheelchairs or hoists.
  • Transport participants and support social engagement.
  • Undertake light domestic duties such as meal preparation and cleaning.

**Essential Criteria:**

  • A strong understanding of disability/community services and person-centred support.
  • Transferable life/work skills along with a caring and compassionate approach.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • The legal right to work in Australia.
  • Current Police Check.
  • Current CPR & First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in wellbeing & inclusion of people with disabilities.

**Work Environment:**
