- Strong communication, organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering quality care are essential for this role.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent is necessary to excel in this position.
- An Open Valid Driver License, reliable vehicle, and a valid NDIS screening check clearance are mandatory requirements.
- Experience working with participants with epilepsy is also required.
