About the Role

We are seeking a talented System Administrator/Support Analyst to join our team in Canberra, Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on classified programs developing and supporting IT systems for federal government customers. Our team delivers enterprise Case Management Systems, and we are looking for individuals with Level 2 and Level 3 ITSM support experience.

In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for mission system applications, working closely with developers, security operations teams, client system owners, and end-users.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and reporting system performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Investigating and resolving incidents, including escalations and post-incident follow-up
  • Performing root-cause analysis of application-related issues and recommending solutions
  • Maintaining system and operational documentation, including knowledge base articles
  • Participating in a team on-call roster and managing priority incidents

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Experience with ticketing, knowledge management, and ITSM products
  • Application troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, task automation, or low-code platforms
  • Cloud-based application support experience (e.g., Azure or AWS)
  • ITIL Incident, Problem, Service Request fulfillment process knowledge
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be an Australian citizen and hold a NV1 security clearance, with the ability to upgrade to PV. You will also need to meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements, if applicable.
