We're seeking a Senior Java Engineer to develop and modify Spring-based micro-services that meet business needs while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

This role involves reviewing pull requests, improving code quality, and ensuring services are built for high scalability and low latency.

What you'll be doing
  • Broadly contributing to building cloud-based applications using Java
  • Working with Spring Boot micro-services and REST APIs
  • Utilizing messaging middleware (PubSub, Solace, SQS, SNS)
  • Maintaining knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Developing performant and resilient micro-services with high maintainability standards

You will also focus on enhancing team practices to improve the developer experience.

Key skills and qualifications
  • Strong knowledge in building Java-based applications for the cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot micro-services and REST APIs
  • Experience with messaging middleware and database management
