Caregiver - Residential Aged Care

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Caregiver within our residential aged care facility.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a genuine passion for providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Care Provision
- Deliver individualized and personalized care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
- Health and Wellbeing Monitoring
- Monitor and maintain the health and wellbeing of residents, reporting any changes or incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborative Care Approach
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a holistic approach to care service provision, incorporating residents' personal beliefs, values, needs, and culture into their individual care plans.
- Confidentiality and Respect
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for residents' dignity and privacy at all times.
- Aged Care Certificate III or IV qualification.
- Minimum 3 months' experience working as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) within residential aged care, home care, or disability services.
- Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports.

Competitive hourly rates between $20.33 and $35.00 apply.
