We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Restructuring Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our insolvency unit, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the preparation of financial documents, maintenance of files, and correspondence with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and files related to insolvency cases
- Preparation of financial reports, statements, and other documentation as required by stakeholders
- Assistance in conducting thorough investigations and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions
- Collaboration with senior specialists to ensure effective communication and negotiation with clients and creditors
- Support in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
- Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not essential
