Job Overview:

As a seasoned professional in maintenance operations, you will oversee the execution of maintenance activities across our fleet. Your primary objective is to ensure all scheduled and corrective maintenance is completed efficiently and safely during key maintenance periods.

The goal is to maintain our vessels in optimal condition, meeting all safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.

  • Plan and execute maintenance and project work lists, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, schedule adherence, and financial performance to support contracted work delivery.
  • Verify that all work meets quality standards through inspections and approvals.
  • Support business managers in coordinating resources and contractors to meet project needs.
  • Communicate goals, expectations, and updates effectively to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and schedule maintenance and project activities for efficient execution.
  • Maintain and promote environmental and safety best practices in all work areas.
