About the Role:
This permanent part-time position involves dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products to patients, coordinating medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions, and discharge, conducting medication chart reviews to ensure patient safety, building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service, educating and supporting patients, carers, and hospital staff on health promotion, disease prevention, and proper medication use.
About You:
We are looking for passionate and highly driven AHPRA-registered pharmacists eager to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, ensuring they deliver top-notch care. Whether you're an experienced pharmacist or new to the field, we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
