AGV Development Specialist

As a Graduate AGV Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge automated guided vehicle solutions and collaborating with a global leader in automation and robotics.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Ensure quality and system processes within assigned projects
- Prepare advanced AGV functionality and technical specifications
- Develop comprehensive system design and programming of AGV systems
- Assist in thorough AGV system testing, integration, and factory testing
- Support installation specifications
- Test and integrate AGV and PLC systems
- Commission AGVs on-site
- Manage project costs and schedules effectively
- Participate in operator training sessions
- Contribute to the development and improvement of AGV project delivery
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Knowledge of PLC configuration, programming, and commissioning is essential
- Basic programming skills (PLC Structured Text, SICK Devices, C or C++ are highly desirable)
- Experience with networking, monitoring, diagnosis, and troubleshooting is valuable
- Experience in electrical design using AutoCAD or similar 2D and 3D drawing packages is beneficial
- Experience with automation or materials handling is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills are necessary
