Chief Programme Manager

This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-impact project from inception to execution, leveraging cutting-edge technology and global collaboration.
The Strategic Project Lead will oversee the full lifecycle of the project from feasibility study and design to procurement, FID, and delivery. Ensuring timely completion against ambitious targets.
- Champion the adoption and integration of innovative technologies and equipment to optimise project outcomes.
- Develop and implement a robust execution methodology aligned with governance, risk thresholds, and business case objectives.
- Drive cross-cultural collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams, providers and various organisations.
- Own the development and refinement of the business case through to Final Investment Decision (FID).
- Report to the Steering Committee and functionally into Strategy, Business Development & Joint Ventures organisation.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, or related field, and extensive experience in Project or Studies Management, with proven leadership in large-scale, complex programmes.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project development, risk management, and technology deployment in operational environments, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated cross-cultural experience.
