Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital marketing presence, creating engaging content, and coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management

    • Design and create digital content for social media platforms:

      • Manage and implement marketing photography libraries
      • Create artwork using Adobe Creative Suite
      • Plan and create Instagram Reels and TikTok videos
      • Develop ad hoc content creation strategies

    • Assist in creating and developing digital marketing plans and define campaign schedules in line with product launches.

    • Maintain and develop multiple social media channels for both lead-generation and branding purposes across the group companies for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

    • Research and come up with topic ideas, along with coordinating and booking slots for our active YouTube channel.

    • Assist with tracking campaign results and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

    • Plan and run competitions across social channels.

    • Implement events from a digital perspective.

    • Support PPC campaigns.

    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance with support from Senior Digital Marketing Executive.

    • Make reasonable adjustments to campaigns where necessary.

    • Support Senior Digital Marketing Executive with the execution of influencer programs.

    • Assist with protecting the brand reputation through social monitoring.

  • Email Campaigns

    • Creation of E-shots for 3rd party bookings:

      • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to book and supply content
      • Design content, imagery, and email structure
      • Monitor analytics of email performance and provide feedback on future developments.

    • Support email communications and development of in-house email marketing where necessary.

  • Website Support

    • Monitor website content, liaising with design teams and SEO analysts as needed.

    • Upload supporting marketing materials to company portals.

    • Support the creation and research of 3rd party website advertising.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration

    • Collaborate with Offline Marketing/Communications teams to research, develop, and implement marketing campaigns.

    • Implement digital outreach campaigns across email and social media platforms.

    • Align digital activity with event or press activity.

    • Liaise with Technical & Engagement departments to ensure digital campaigns align with business objectives as needed.

  • Additional Marketing Activities

    • Follow up on deliverables for agreed partnerships or competitions.

    • Assist with researching opportunities to support digital activity, including competitor analysis.

    • Contribute to monthly digital reporting procedures, gathering stats and adding your own analysis to support future learnings.

    • Maintain accurate records and project management across multiple digital platforms.

    • Undertake other tasks as reasonably directed from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the business.

    • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring digital materials are consistent in tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity.
