Senior Digital Marketing Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing professional to manage and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement digital marketing content across multiple channels.
  • Create and implement engaging content, track performance of digital activity & campaigns, and coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with product launches, promotions, and brand messaging.
Main Duties:Social Media Management:
  • Design/create digital content for social media: images, videos, and posts.
  • Manage and implement marketing photography library.
  • Create artwork using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Plan and create Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
  • Assist in creating and developing digital marketing plans and define campaign schedules in line with product launches.
  • Maintain and develop multiple social media channels for both lead-generation and branding purposes (involving use of social media scheduling tool) across the group companies for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Email Campaigns:
  • Creation of E-shots for 3rd party bookings.
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to book and supply content.
  • Design content, imagery, and email structure.
  • Monitoring analytics of email performance with feedback on future developments.
Website Support:
  • Website content monitoring, liaising with design team and SEO analyst where necessary.
  • Uploading of supporting marketing material to company portals.
  • Support with the creation and research of 3rd party website advertising.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with Offline Marketing/Communications team to research, develop, and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Implementing digital outreach campaigns across email and social media platforms.
  • Align digital activity with event or press activity.
Requirements:
  • 4 years' experience in a previous digital marketing role.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of digital marketing techniques and concepts within social media, emailing marketing, and digital campaign implementation.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and communication skills (digital specific) with the ability to adapt content to support multiple audiences (B2B and B2C) and platforms.
