Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their daily living activities.

  • Personal Care: Providing assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks.
  • Mobility Support: Helping clients with mobility issues, including transferring from bed to wheelchair, walking, and positioning.
  • Medication Assistance: Promptly administering prescribed medication and monitoring health conditions as directed.
  • Companionship: Offering emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversation, and participating in activities to enhance the client's quality of life.
  • Household Tasks: Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the healthcare team.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or environment is essential.
  • Education: Certification III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent.
  • Certification: Current First Aid Certificate.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting and transferring clients.
