Personal Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide quality complex care and support to clients in their own homes.

As a Personal Care Specialist, you will assist with daily tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, and medication assistance.

You will also develop meaningful connections with your clients, helping them live their best possible lives. This role requires full-day availability between Monday to Friday, with the possibility of travel to various locations.

To support you on your role, we offer a comprehensive orientation program, direct access to a dedicated supervisor, and a company mobile phone for accessing emails, rosters, and client care plans.

We also provide access to a dedicated learning and development team, supporting your ongoing professional development and career pathways.

Our competitive remuneration package includes superannuation, paid travel time, and mileage between clients.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Car Insurance
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and patience
  • Proficient user of smartphone technology, apps, and email
