We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) division. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65, working across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their communication and swallowing abilities.

As a Speech Pathologist with ORS Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65, including communication assessments, swallowing and paediatric feeding assessments, and mealtime management plan development and reviews.
  • Work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech pathology.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • A car and driver's license.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles.
