The role of an English teacher is multifaceted: facilitating learning, enabling students to reach their desired outcomes, and preparing engaging lesson plans in line with provided syllabi. To excel in this position, you'll need a degree or diploma of at least three years' full-time equivalent (teaching or other) and a suitable TESOL qualification or a qualification containing TESOL as a method.

Apart from teaching experience, you should demonstrate the ability to design and implement training programs for adults in multiple contexts, exhibit high-level written and oral communication skills in English, and show commitment to contributing to a team environment.
