Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced electrical estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering electrical estimating tender quotes for various projects across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Assess technical, commercial, and contractual requirements of tenders.
  • Compile accurate material quantity take-offs to develop bills of quantities.
  • Review supplier/vendor quotations for accuracy, scope alignment, and compliance.
  • Understand clients' needs by asking specific and relevant questions.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Extensive experience in completing high-quality construction and design/construction (D+C) estimates and proposals for electrical systems.
  • Understanding of Australian Standards and their relation to industrial electrical systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, professionalism, and self-motivation.
  • Financial and commercial acumen.
  • High-level attention to detail and ability to work to set timeframes while multitasking.
