We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support services to our clients.
As a Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver a range of domestic, social, respite and personal care services that promote the independence and well-being of our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Engaging in activities that promote physical and mental well-being
Requirements:
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- The right to work in Australia
- Certificate in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- Desirable experience working in aged care, disability or community nursing
