Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Delivery Lead to join our Transformation team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our business units are ready and supported through streams of transformation activity.

As a Change Delivery Lead, you will lead the development and execution of change enablement programs, coordinate readiness activities, and manage communications that support successful change adoption. You will be the central point of contact for change within your stream, fostering strong relationships across the organization and ensuring a cohesive and positive change experience for our people.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving meaningful transformation. If you have a proven track record of planning and implementing change management within cross-functional transformation programs, we want to hear from you


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong grasp of change methodologies such as PROSCI or PCI, with the ability to tailor approaches to suit different audiences and contexts.
  • Proven ability to design change management strategies, including communications, training, and readiness planning.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, with the confidence to influence, coach, and support leaders through change.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and keep change initiatives on track.
