Are you a skilled and innovative winemaker looking for a new challenge?

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in oenology or a related discipline and 3-5+ years of winemaking experience.

They will also have intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft programs, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Shared responsibility for all day-to-day winemaking functions.
  • Assisting in the effective management of the winemaking process stream and close coordination with other departments.
  • Regularly benchmarking our products against industry competitors and supporting the assistant winemaker in driving our benchmark tasting program.
  • Key role in quality control and ensuring our wines are within specification at all times.
  • Supporting our NPD and winery sustainability program.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Oenology or related discipline.
  • 3-5+ years of winemaking experience, preferably in a medium to large winery.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft programs.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Viticultural knowledge.

The successful candidate will be based in Mildura, where they will be able to take advantage of the area's glorious sunshine and wonderful restaurants.
