Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver client-centred, evidence-based services under the supervision of the Allied Health and Care Coordination teams.
- Support nursing staff with direct care functions and assist with non-clinical duties to ensure seamless service delivery within the Transition Care Program.
