We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at DuluxGroup Ltd. as a Senior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and exceed margin and profitability
  • Achieve designated sales target and delivery of financial outcomes of the portfolio
  • Ensure new product development (NPD) penetration into existing and new markets
  • Prepare tendered price agreements and presentations
  • Develop strategic plans to drive growth across existing and new customer accounts
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, account management of key accounts, and business development
  • Highly developed planning and organisational skills
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and build a strong rapport with key internal and external stakeholders
