Family Support Liaison

The Concierge Team Member is a key role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Promote centres with confidence and clarity, showcasing their services and benefits to families.
- Assist families with centre tours, enrolment paperwork, bond payments, and provide follow-up support throughout the process.
- Respond thoughtfully to objections and help families find the best solution based on their needs and preferences.
- Monitor and manage centre availability reports, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of opening hours and placements.
- Contribute to outreach initiatives, such as waitlist campaigns, SMS communications, Google review responses, and other promotional activities.
- A warm, professional communicator with a passion for helping families, possessing excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Confident managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (approx. 80/day), with strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to follow guidelines while adapting to unique family needs.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable working across platforms such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Rapid, PureCloud, Genesis, GWay, and LT.
- A collaborative team player who is open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to self-improvement.
