Payment Operations Professional

 

Do you have a passion for ensuring seamless and secure payment operations?

We are seeking an experienced Payment Operations Professional to join our team in Melbourne.

  • Monitor customer deposits and withdrawals to ensure uptime, accuracy, and speed.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve payment-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
  • Collaborate internally and externally to improve deposit and withdrawal experience and performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and suggest improvements to streamline payment processes.

As a Payment Operations Professional, you will play a critical role in examining the efficiency and security of our online payment platforms. You will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payment Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor customer deposits and withdrawals to ensure uptime, accuracy, and speed.
  • Payment Journey Optimisation: Collaborate internally and externally to improve deposit and withdrawal experience and performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and suggest improvements to streamline payment processes.
  • Payment Support: Provide expert assistance to customer support and payment support regarding payment issues, including transaction disputes, failed or missing payments, and general deposit and withdrawal-related inquiries.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track payment trends, monitor transaction data for anomalies, and generate reports to help optimise payment strategies.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Liaise with third-party payment processors and service providers to resolve issues, and ensure high deposit and withdrawal acceptance rates.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and implement process improvements, both within the team and in collaboration with other departments, to improve payment processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to strategise and implement payment and fraud systems on a global scale.
