Early Years Educator Opportunity
Job Description:
As a dedicated professional in our Early Learning Centre, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of young children. With unwavering support from your team, you will embark on a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care journey. Your key responsibilities will include creating a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues; maintaining National Quality Standards (NQS); fostering strong relationships with children and families; actively contributing to the education program; supporting continuous improvement; and participating in a positive work culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Maintain a willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Hold a permanent right to work in Australia
- Possess strong communication skills
- Exhibit good time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrate ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Display enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Be flexible in terms of availability
- Have an interest in early years education
- Hold a Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one
- Provide proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) or be willing to receive it
