Care Professionals Wanted for Remote Support

We are seeking skilled care professionals to join our team in providing high-quality home care services to clients across the Gold Coast.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced care professional looking for flexible, remote work supporting clients with complex needs. They will have a strong commitment to maintaining client dignity, comfort, and independence, as well as excellent communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care to clients with high-intensity needs in their homes
  • Maintain client dignity, comfort, and independence
  • Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Work remotely with flexibility while upholding service excellence
  • Accurately document care provided using digital systems

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar (required)
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in high-intensity or complex care environments
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Valid Paid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Check
  • Reliable transport and open driver's licence
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A high level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience
