This role involves delivering flexible care to clients with high needs in a remote setting.

We are seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to deliver high-quality in-home care services to clients across the Gold Coast.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalised care to clients in their homes, ensuring dignity, comfort, and independence.
  • Maintain effective communication with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Work remotely with flexibility while upholding service excellence.
  • Accurately document care provided using digital systems.
About This Role
  • Hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar.
  • Have minimum 12 months' experience in aged care.
  • Possess Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Hold a Valid Paid NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to obtain upon employment.
  • Have a Police Check.
  • Possess Reliable transport and an open driver's licence.
  • Demonstrate Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Show a high level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience.
