Job Opportunity: Transfer Pricing SpecialistJob Description

This role presents a unique opportunity to build and shape the team, working closely with a respected Director, clients across Australia, and beyond. As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will assist in designing and implementing Transfer Pricing policies and operating models for Australian MNEs and startups.

You will provide commercial advice on transactions for medium to large companies and support outbound planning and global value chain transformations. Your responsibilities will include managing projects, collaborating with clients and service lines locally and internationally, as well as assisting with ATO risk reviews and transfer pricing disputes.

Additionally, you will prepare Transfer Pricing documentation for intercompany transactions, conduct benchmarking analysis, and develop financial models. You will also review legal agreements from a Transfer Pricing perspective and collaborate with BDO's international network to serve global clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing framework, Australian legislation, and BEPS developments.
  • Relevant tertiary and CA/CPA qualifications.
  • Lateral thinking and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Experience in developing planning structures, dispute resolution, and compliance management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
