Transfer Pricing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Transfer Pricing policies and operating models for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Transfer Pricing strategies for medium/large established companies
  • Provide commercial advice on new or existing transactions
  • Support outbound planning and global value chain/business transformations
  • Manage projects and work closely with clients and other service lines locally and internationally
  • Assist clients with ATO risk reviews and transfer pricing disputes
  • Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation for intercompany transactions
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis and develop financial models
  • Review legal agreements from a Transfer Pricing perspective
  • Collaborate with international networks to service global clients

Requirements:

  • Desire to be challenged and work on diverse client projects and industries
  • Transfer pricing experience within professional services or client side
  • Deep understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing framework, Australian legislation and administrative guidance
  • Relevant tertiary and CA / CPA qualifications
  • Lateral thinking and enquiring mind
  • Experience in developing and implementing planning structures, controversy/dispute resolution, developing policies and managing compliance requirements
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Comfortable working as part of a team but also able to work independently when required
