Policy and Process Specialist Role

This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for modernizing and maintaining procurement and property policies and processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective governance frameworks that are user-friendly, fit-for-purpose, and adopted consistently across the organization.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on policy compliance across business units, identifying areas for improvement and supporting corrective actions.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to promote adoption of procurement and property standards.
  • Support initiatives to modernize and streamline procurement and property processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Provide guidance, training, and clear documentation to help stakeholders understand and apply governance frameworks consistently.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Procurement Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, or a related governance/process role.
  • Proven experience working in large, complex environments with corporate-level suppliers.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and present confidently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and policy/process development capabilities.
  • High level of organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work across functions and levels to embed best practices and support business needs.
