Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned ICT leader to spearhead our support services.

About the Role

This strategic leadership position involves overseeing the provision of end-to-end ICT support functions, including service desk ticketing and escalations, systems administration, enterprise security, and LAN/WAN migrations. The successful candidate will have strong customer mindset, excellent leadership abilities, and experience in IT support.

  • The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Information and Communication Technology or Education.
  • Broad background and knowledge of end-to-end ICT support functions including service desk ticketing and escalations, Mail (Outlook/Exchange), Teams, SharePoint, systems administration, enterprise security, back-ups, LAN/WAN migrations, web, VOIP (Voice over IP), etc.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information and Communication Technology or Education.
  • Experience managing the provision of ICT support services for clients.
