Job Opportunity: Project Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to collaborate with staff across educational programs and student support areas to support students within defence industry and agriculture workforce development projects.

About the Role:

  • Manage multiple workflows in priority order, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop strong relationships with TAFE SA students, group training organisations, educational programs and student support functions to provide timely access to support services.
  • Prepare well-researched briefings, reports and notes on sensitive and complex issues, including senior executive briefings.
  • Contribute to project planning, risk identification and mitigation, and reporting.
  • Foster a positive team culture, contributing to initiatives that support strategic aims.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Ability to travel between campuses and intra/interstate.
  • Participation in the department's Performance Development Program.
