Job Description

Create and schedule captivating content across multiple platforms to engage our audience and drive brand awareness. This role involves working closely with a network of centres across Australia to help them create great social content in their communities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and coordinating social media presence, creating high-quality content, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices. They will be proactive, organised, and able to multi-task and balance conflicting priorities.

This role will be based in Sydney (Milsons Point) and report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing. We are a flexible employer and currently the Marketing team work from home one to two days a week.

We are looking for a creative and hands-on marketer who can assist with the development and implementation of social media strategies to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role in a social media assistant or coordinator role, preferably within a marketing or communications environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Digital Marketing highly regarded.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different priorities.
  • Creative and proactive – always having fresh ideas and on the lookout for emerging trends to boost content performance.

Other Duties

As part of this role, you will also be responsible for publishing and scheduling content, assisting centres with account set up and management, and reporting and coordination of our Storypark family app.
