The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our Trauma and Orthopaedics team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care to patients with complex trauma and orthopaedic conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients with complex trauma and orthopaedic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide expert advice on patient care and treatment options
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications and Experience

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Masters of Nursing Science or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 2 years of experience in a related clinical field and 2 years of experience in advanced nursing practice
