We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Haematology Clinical Trial Nurse Consultant to join our team at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialized clinical and research coordination to support staff in the planning, delivery of treatment and ongoing management of patients on clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical support, instruction and mentoring for nurses with regard to nursing assessments and interventions for patients on clinical trials
- Support the delivery of patient and family education to enhance understanding of the aims, expectations, and procedures for therapeutic agents they are receiving
- Establishment and ongoing review of resources and guidelines that support nursing staff with patient education
- Current National criminal history check
