Job Opportunity: Maintenance Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Maintenance Officer. The role involves undertaking maintenance duties across various properties, including repairs, painting, equipment servicing, and general handyman tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking high-pressure cleaning, cleaning gutters, replacing light bulbs, gardening, and other tasks as required
  • Conducting regular site visits to each property, with potential for overtime and after-hours work
  • Providing advice to the Property Team on future maintenance requirements for each property
  • Managing contractors performing maintenance on our properties
  • Contributing to property-specific strategic planning and team operational planning, policy development, compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements, managing work systems, and ensuring effective team functioning
  • Administering all regulatory compliance and other property work, including providing up-to-date source data for reporting and accounting purposes
