About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on tile and bathroom ware products to customers
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge to trade customers and builders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills
  • Physically able to lift and move products (up to 25kgs)
  • Technologically savvy and administrative skills
