About the Role:

We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Star Pharmacy Group in Maleny. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and presentable store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service while being informative about health and beauty products and services
  • Process prescriptions and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and presentable store, including restocking shelves and disposing of waste
  • Inform customers about current sales and promotions
  • Assist customers with general queries and recommend products

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a professional presentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is essential, and a willingness to provide a police check or obtain one is required.
