About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Star Pharmacy Group in Maleny. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing a high level of support to our pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate point of sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with the processing of prescriptions and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
  • Inform customers about current sales and promotions, and recommend products to meet their needs
  • Assist with general queries and provide information about our products and services
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a warm and engaging approach to customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting and be willing to provide a police check or obtain one.
