Job Description:

As an Employment Services Professional, your primary focus will be on encouraging and motivating clients to find employment. You will work closely with local employers to source job opportunities and place clients in sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes.

  • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their employment goals;
  • Build relationships with local businesses to identify job opportunities;
  • Develop effective strategies to support clients through the employment process;
  • Record and document activities to ensure compliance;
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with individuals overcoming challenges (not required);
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive results;
  • Strong desire to contribute to a purpose-driven organization; and
  • A current Driver's License.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. They will be highly motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
